Which length for which team

Rule of thumb: an hour is plenty for small teams. From about 10 people up, we recommend an hour and a half to two so everyone can settle in.

Small team 1 hour

Company outing FAQs

We're 25 people — is that possible?

Yes. For larger teams we book several boats side by side — same dock, same route. Send us your headcount and we'll put together a fitting quote.

Do we get an invoice for accounting?

Yes. You'll receive a proper invoice with tax number. Neckargleiten Tübingen is a small business under German § 19 UStG, so no VAT is shown and it's fully deductible as a business expense. On request we'll provide a binding quote in advance. Payment is by bank transfer or on site.

Can we arrange catering?

Of course — your own catering is very welcome. On request we suggest bakeries, caterers, or wine suppliers from Tübingen.

How far in advance should we book?

In high season (June to September), three to six weeks ahead is best. Spontaneous slots are often possible at short notice too — just ask.

What about cancellation with an invoice?

If we cancel due to weather, we reschedule free of charge. Other cancellations we handle individually — fairly and flexibly.

Can it be cheaper than €80/h?

On weekdays the regular weekday rate applies. Outside peak season (April and October) we can make individual arrangements — just ask.
